Preparation of affidavits, witness statements, certificates and statements of service

PJI undertakes the service of process in England and Wales, and offer a service in Scotland (subject to English/Scottish law).

In order to provide a prompt and cost effective service our agents are deployed to attend at service addresses at the optimum times. Our process servers are always suitably attired and can be contacted at a moment’s notice. They are keen and efficient, and in cases where a respondent/defendant/debtor has left the address, all possible enquiries are made at the time to discover a forwarding address or other useful information.

On completion of a case our process servers promptly report their findings and Statements/Affidavits produced.

Particular attention is given to dates and times of court hearings. Where proof of service is required this is returned to our client or filed in court, as per our client’s instructions.
