We utilise video equipment in cases where such evidence would be of benefit, eg where ‘malingering claimants’ falsely claim damages, loss of earnings or continued ill heath.

In cases where video surveillance is provided, camcorder tapes are used. All information is then checked and edited to form a master copy which is provided to our client together with agent’s notes and recommendations.

In certain cases, where negotiated settlements have not been possible, our agent may be required at court. Full affidavits/statements are then provided.

Our aim is to conduct our investigations within the bounds of legality, morality and professional ethics and to respect our client’s best interest by maintaining the highest standards of proficiency. All facts ascertained are reported to our client, whether advantageous or detrimental, with nothing being withheld save by the dictates of law.
